Marjorie Garcia is a dedicated bilingual educator and the proud principal of the Dragons at Bowie Elementary. A graduate of the University of Houston, where she earned her bachelor’s degree, and the University of Houston–Clear Lake, where she completed her master’s in educational leadership, she brings a strong academic foundation and a deep commitment to student success. Mrs. Garcia focuses on supporting high-quality instruction, fostering a positive school culture, and building meaningful partnerships with students, staff, and families. She is passionate about supporting diverse learners and is dedicated to ensuring that all students at Bowie Elementary have the opportunity to thrive.
