The goal of the bilingual/ESL education program is to help English Language Learners (ELLs) master the state curriculum and teach English to all participating students.  We do this through explicit instruction in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in all academic areas.

I am privileged to work with all kinds of students.  I always keep my heart and my eyes open to understand each one of them.  Each one has his/her own story, and I must connect with them so they know I am here to help them achieve their success, whatever that may be. As an English Language Learner (ELL) myself, I empathize with all of my students.
